1. The water filter cover should be located in the upper right-hand corner of the refrigerator or in the grille.

2. Unlock the door of the filter.

3. Discard the filter after pulling it out.

4. Using a screwdriver, remove the protective coverings from the O-rings on the new filter. Once you have removed the cover, ensure that the O-rings remain.

6. Snap the filter door into place by pushing it closed.

7. Run four gallons of water through the system after your new filter is installed to ensure that it is properly flushed.
