- The National Program for Organic Production (NPOP) is the authority defining the regulatory mechanism. Thus, they have two separate bodies for regulation in domestic and export markets.
- Under the Foreign Trade Development Regulation Act, NPOP looks after the export requirements.
- Under the Agricultural Produce Grading, Marking, and Certification Act, look after the domestic market and imports.
- Agricultural and Processed Food Export Development Authority (APEDA) is a regulatory body of NPOP as per FTDR Act. It is also the Agricultural Marketing Consultant under the Ministry of Agriculture.
Organic Farm Management
